Asserting yourself in your professional life – Training & E-coaching

Description

Context

Lack of assertiveness is a major source of stress at work. It often manifests itself by allowing oneself to be imposed “the agenda” of others, to let others speak first, or to be too nice. This attitude can generate frustration or exhaustion.

Objectives

The aim of this training is to discover the fundamental elements underlying this attitude. These elements are the “primary needs”, taken from Maslow’s famous pyramid. They are criteria, even more important than our values and which govern our deepest motivations, our emotions, our behaviour and our actions.

Results

Thanks to this training, you will identify the top 5 of your personal needs and set up an efficient system that will allow you to respect them in your daily work. This is what will radically change your state of mind and allow you to put in place new habits that will impact your behaviour, your reactions and the quality of your relationships.
