In contexts of transformation and change, more than ever, managers are at the heart of the transmission between the executive committee and the teams to carry the strategy and the new organization. The quality of the interactions between the manager and the employees will be decisive in getting all the messages related to the changes across. More than ever, they need to embody their roles as managers.
The aim of this course is to make managers work on two axes: A posture of alignment: Taking and enforcing unpopular decisions, in consciousness having integrated the elements of coherence between one’s function, one’s way of thinking about one’s role and the interest of the company. Mastering certain communication tools: Knowing how to use communication tools to improve one’s influence in difficult situations.
The manager naturally becomes competent to play his role in the transformations. He is able to adopt a coherent and authentic stance to convey any type of message. He masters certain communication techniques to overcome individual and collective resistance.
