Context

“An employee does not leave a company, he leaves a manager”. Today, companies must respond to the challenges of ever more performance, employee engagement, and talent retention. Management requires the acquisition and mastery of many skills. However, we know that the manager’s posture, his behaviors, the quality of his relationships will play a key role in his managerial functions.

Goals

The posture of manager coach is primarily intended to fluidify the interactions between the manager and his collaborators to create a framework of performance and collaboration.

The Manager Coach’s High Performance program will allow the manager to create a demanding and secure framework for relations with his employees, to acquire behavioral mechanisms adapted to the situations he must manage, to master efficient communication tools.

Results

At the end of the course, participants will master the 4 pillars of the “high performance manager coach framework, namely: 1. Listening and unconditional respect; 2. Know how to create a clear and trusting environment; 3. Put situations in perspective and create strong positive stimulation; 4. Have a high level of requirement and empower employees. Through these pillars they will have appropriated the main skills of emotional and relational intelligence.
