Description

Context

“An employee doesn’t leave a company, he leaves a manager.” Today’s companies must meet the challenges of ever-increasing performance, employee engagement and talent retention. Management requires the acquisition and mastery of many skills. We know, however, that the manager’s posture, behaviour, the quality of relationships, the ability to create trust and a clear framework for collaboration, will play a key role in his or her managerial functions.

Objectives

The training of manager-coach is above all intended to fluidify the interactions between the manager and his collaborators in order to create a framework of performance and collaboration.

The Manager Coach High Performance program will enable the manager to create a demanding and trusting performance framework with his employees. It will also enable him/her to acquire behavioural mechanisms adapted to the situations he/she has to manage, to master efficient communication tools used in coaching.

Results 

At the end of the course, participants will master the 4 pillars of the “High Performance Manager Coach Framework”, namely 

  1. Listening and unconditional respect; 
  2. know how to create a clear framework of collaboration and trust;
  3. Put situations in perspective and create strong positive stimulation; 
  4. To have a high level of requirement by giving responsibility to the collaborators. Through these pillars they will have acquired the main skills of emotional and relational intelligence.
