It is a question of creating, beyond a training programme, a committed, responsible and meaningful managerial state of mind.

From this course we offer managers an expedition to discover and conquer the territories of management. The objective is to become aware of the areas of responsibility that fall to their roles with regard to the company’s values, to enrich themselves on each Territory, the required know-how and managerial skills, to appropriate them, to adapt them and to implement them with the teams.

Results

To embody the values of the company in its role as a manager towards multiple interlocutors (team, customers, hierarchy).
