Business transformations, competition and disruptive innovations generate instability in organizational systems. Executives and managers are led to anticipate, decide and execute faster and the larger the size of the organization, the more difficult it is and the harder it is to achieve performance.
In this SPOC we offer managers and executives an ambitious project: to increase their performance in an environment of permanent change in the company. We offer them to develop their managerial agility from 2 axes. The first is to become aware of the importance of one’s own congruence as a manager, between one’s posture, communication and actions while being aligned with one’s eco-system. The second one which consists in experimenting 5 keys of agility to act efficiently with his team within his eco-system.
At the end of the course, the participants will have: become aware of the favourable conditions for efficient, engaging and impactful management; acquired the approaches, tools and resources to be implemented in order to regain real power of action within their eco-system; they will have lived through transformation experiences and developed new agile management skills to respond and act at the heart of complexity in transformation contexts.
