Description

Context

Every day, we interact with many people in our professional life. In difficult communications, we may feel that some interactions take up too much energy, either because the requests do not succeed or because we always have to find the solutions ourselves.

Objectives

The aim of SPOC is to enable the manager to deal with some difficult and stressful communications that systematically lead to deadlock and frustration. The aim is to thwart the pitfalls of certain difficult communications and to set up healthy and efficient communication between the manager and his employee.

Results

The participants will be able at the end of the course :

– To spot and thwart communication games…

– To master the keys and tools of a healthy communication that will have an impact on efficiency, performance and the quality of the climate within the team.
