Jacqueline Koenig, your instructor is a Paris-based professional coach, mindfulness based emotional intelligence expert and yoga teacher. She studied at the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership in Sydney, Australia and is a graduate of the “Engage Program”, an advanced mindfulness, emotional intelligence and compassionate leadership program through Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institude (SIYLI).
Jacqueline draws on her corporate experience in global banking to exercise mindfulness in the workplace to help people achieve individual and collective goals.

She designed this program focus on developing a resilient mind, because she believes it is one of the most effective ways to face challenges, adapt and thrive in the age of disruption.

Resilient Mind is a three-part interactive programme to develop self-awareness, interrupt reactions and learn skillful ways to respond to challenges, allowing resilience to grow and build sustainable well-being. and thrive in the age of disruption.

The programme includes three sessions: 75 minute webinars (max 12px).

Session 2: Shift: Mindset and skills to bounce forward
