The present Policy is established by the SAS EPERFORMANCE, owner of the Coachline brand whose head office is located at 9 rue Godot de Mauroy – 75009 Paris – France which can be contacted at the following email address: contact@coachline.co,inscrite and registered at the RCS of Paris under the number 821 062 338 (hereinafter referred to as “Coachline – Eperformance” or “we”).

The present Policy applies to the web site corresponding to the address https://www.coachline.co (hereafter called the ” web site “) as well as to all the instances of Coachline software hosted on behalf of our clients. The purpose of this notice is to inform you about how we collect and process your personal data.

Coachline/Eperformance attaches great importance to the respect of your private life and the security of your personal data. What data do we collect?

By visiting and using the website or browsing the Coachlinetraining platform, you expressly consent to our collecting and processing the following personal data in accordance with the terms and principles described below:

if applicable, your e-mail address if you have voluntarily communicated it to us, for example via the contact form or request for access to our portal;
information about the pages you have visited on the website;

information collected on your By Coachline or Coachlinetraining portal by us or by the person in charge of this portal within your organization. For example: your performance in the quizzes, your progress in the training courses and the training courses you have taken. This information is managed by us and our subcontractors for hosting purposes only and is not used by us. Our subcontractors are subject to the same obligations to respect the confidentiality of your data;
We may also collect non-personal data. This data is called non-personal data because it does not directly or indirectly identify a specific individual. It may therefore be used for any purpose whatsoever, for example to improve the website or the software and information it contains.
In the event that non-personal data are combined with personal data in such a way that identification of the data subjects is possible, such data shall be treated as personal data until such time as it is not possible to link them to a specific person.

Your data is only accessible to EPERFORMANCE staff members and its subcontractors within the strict framework of the working relationship that unites them with EPERFORMANCE and for which they have committed to respecting this Policy.
